Ha ha! My sister reminded me that I don't post very often... Like once every 5 months... So I will try to post twice this month!!! Ha ha... Ok the real reason is because I am starting a new blog- again...but this one- I really will be better at...because I have too. This is creative cooks everywhere.

I am doing Bountiful Baskets... and I don't know what produce I will get each week. So there are some new things that I never cooked with before, like raw artichokes, or hatch peppers. So I am writing in this blog everyday- putting " whats cookin in the campos kitchen!" up for looksey... who inspired me...
My little colorado friend Steph. She does so well on her blog about sewing... I thought I should do somethings similar that I like to do...
