Goals for 2011

NEW YEARS GOALS
As many of you know, news years is about making goals. I have many goals that I would like to make but I thought I would try just three...
1-Spiritual
2-Physical
3-Cleanliness

Those are the things that I want to work personally.

I would also like to be a great mother. My bug right now as we speak is attentively watching the movie Letters to Juliet.
I am teaching her young to enjoy chick flicks

Olivia loves to say "Dancing with the STARS!" It is a show we watch together. It is a lot of fun! She loves to dance with them.

One of the things that Olivia is saying right now is "Silly Uncle Jim" It is really funny because Uncle Jim is not so silly... she gets this impression from this Jib Jab movie we made of him... Boy it is a great! Uncle Jim is like the new Mickey Mouse.

I love it when Olivia sings Whinne the Pooh with her father every night. I wish she would sing it with me...but it must be a thing that she does with her daddy, and that is totally fine!

Olivia can sing all of the ABC's now... She always points to the computer and says mouse... (meaning her new favorite site ABC mouse.)

She says snoopy...when she wants to wants to watch snoopy...

One of my favorite things to do while I am on vacation is to talk to my little girl on the phone. She gets readily excited and talks gibberish. I really can't understand her, but it brings up the day so much. What a joy she is in our lives.

So Olivia thought her Dad was upstairs... So when I was on the couch, she comes up to me and says,"bye" (he was not upstairs but he was at school) I asked her "Where are you going?" She pointed upstairs and then said "Da DAD!" I don't know why I thought that was so cute! But it was!

Today, when Olivia woke up this morning- Bob found Olivia singing Mahna Mahna to her frog. She loves that song so much... She always asks to watch Mahna Mahna- It is a muppet song that is very popular in the Campos Home.

One of my favorite times of the day is when Olivia goes to Bed and her Dad puts her down. After he reads fun stories to her, he tickles her, he talks to her, he sings to her... she loves it. She laughs and laughs, and talks to him. It is a very special time for him, and it is great to hear all of the fun things that Bob does. He is such a great Dad.

I go upstairs to check on Olivia when for a nap time, and she took off her diaper- leaving herself completely naked. It was so cute. She was so naked.. I peek my head in the door, and she was awake, alive, smiling and completely naked. Really funny and cute!

So, I had a hard time putting Olivia to bed tonight. She was not crying or acting upset. In fact, I thought she was sleeping... I decided I wanted to go and check on her just to see if she was ok...Because it was so quiet. At 8:30 I go and check on Olivia... and ...She is still awake, with bright smiles and excitement to see me. I just loved the little bright mood she was in- even though it was 1 hour past her bedtime!

One of the best things to watch Olivia do is dance. She dances with her dancing dog, she dances in the car and she loves to dance with Mommy and Daddy. I love to see her bounce her legs and head bang. It is really fun to watch and really super cute!

One of the best and saddest moments of my day is saying goodnight to my little bug. To be honest, I am completely tired after the long day so it is nice to have the time to myself or with Bob. However, when I have to say goodnight and say prayers, I love it when she smiles and turns on her side to go to sleep... This past week, while bob has been away, she has been giving me a hard time going to sleep. I can tell she is tired, but she does not want to go to sleep- we think that she misses Bob. I know I do too. It is hard to leave the room and her looking into my heart with tears in her eyes asking if she can stay up with me. Lets just say- she will need some serious Daddy/ Daughter time when Bob comes home!

My favorite time of the day today was when my daughter was giving me open mouth kisses. She bit me because she does not understand the "closed mouth" kiss. So i nibbled on her cheek. She laughed and laughed. She kept grabbing my neck today- and I would tickle hers- and she would laugh and laugh.

I also loved when I played a peek-a-boo game- She gave big smiles. I love her so much. I love her smiles. i love her happy moments. I just think she is so wonderful, and i am very excited to see her every morning. I am so lucky. I love my child.
